Update | UPDATE (September 11th 8:05 PM CEST): A Geekbench entry widely reported as the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max was running a spoofed model name. The hardware behind the run is a Qualcomm reference device for the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, the chip previously tipped as the 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, which posted 3,582 in single-core and 12,247 in multi-core on Geekbench 7 with two cores clocked at 5.11GHz and an Adreno 850 GPU.
