The vivo X500 series is set to launch in China on September 21. After recently teasing the X500 Pro Max’s design, the company has now revealed the updated design of the standard vivo X500, along with its available color options.

Unlike its predecessor, the vivo X300, the upcoming vivo X500 will feature a redesigned rear panel. The phone gets a new camera layout with a large circular module positioned toward the left.

The LED flash sits outside the circular module, while the entire camera setup is housed within a raised rectangular camera plateau that stretches across the width of the phone.

vivo recently also confirmed that the base X500 will feature the same main and telephoto sensor as the vivo X300 Pro.

Alongside revealing the phone’s new design, vivo has also confirmed its color options. The X500 will be available in black, light gray, light pink, and a fourth variant featuring a gradient finish.

The vivo X500 will therefore sport a noticeably different design from the X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max.
